Brent Council’s £2bn asset base spans libraries, community centres, operational buildings together with significant income-generating commercial assets. This post will lead on the strategic planning and optimisation of the estate and our fast-paced building control service.
We are looking for a director with strong commercial acumen who can successfully balance innovation and compliance, ensuring our estate is safe, sustainable and supports our diverse communities.
