Director of Transformation

up to £150,000

(two year fixed term contract)

This is a rare opportunity to lead Brent’s most significant transformation programme, influencing how services are delivered and helping to build a more financially resilient, innovative and responsive organisation.

 

The Director of Transformation will lead the design and delivery of the Council’s new Target Model Programme, reimagining how the organisation operates, driving innovation and continuous improvement, and ensuring the Council is well positioned to meet the evolving needs of residents and communities.

Working closely with the chief executive, corporate leadership team, elected members and key stakeholders, the Director will provide strategic leadership and expert guidance on transformational change.

You will be a credible and influential leader with the confidence to challenge established thinking and drive complex change at pace. You will thrive on tackling difficult problems, cutting through complexity and turning ambitious ideas into reality.
