This is a brand-new role on Enfield’s executive management team. Working alongside the chief executive, you will shape and deliver the council’s transformation agenda, leveraging digital innovation and leading a diverse range of corporate services to drive better outcomes for residents.
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader who can bring together HR, Legal, Strategy, Digital and Communications to deliver organisational excellence, lead change at scale and help shape the future of the council.
